What is the difference between ink and toner?

Ink cartridges are used in inkjet printers. Toner cartridges are used in laser printers. Choosing the wrong supply type can prevent the printer from working correctly.

Do you sell printer paper and cables?

Yes. PrintersKart sells printer paper, photo paper, USB printer cables, Ethernet printer cables and other setup accessories.

Do you sell spare parts?

Checkout currently supports Cash on delivery, Bank transfer and Card on delivery options. The selected payment method is saved with checkout details.

Are order details saved?

Yes. Customer details, cart items, checkout details, order details and order items are saved in the local PrintersKart database during checkout.

Why do I need to login before checkout?

Login or registration helps connect customer details, checkout information and order records to a saved PrintersKart user profile.

Do I need an account to browse products?

No. You can browse products, filters and product details without logging in. Login is required when completing checkout.

What user information is saved?

Registration saves your name, email, phone number and password hash in the users table. Checkout then connects orders to your user profile.

Can I create an account during checkout?

Yes. If checkout requires login, you can register and return to checkout to complete the order.

What should I do if login fails?

Check that the email and password are correct. If the email is not registered, create a new account before checkout.
